Qooper is an all in one application for mentoring with a user friendly UI and lots of automated features. I like being able to schedule meetings, use the chat feature and track goals. Linking to my calendar is also a great feature that help me to remember my meetings and deadline. Customer support team is also great they all are helpful. One more attractive feature is to bring together mentor and mentees to collaborate and track their progress.

We think it feels so good to be with Qooper and how prepared we are with the onboarding process and the support we are providing. It is so different from the previous software we used experience; there was not an  experienced CSM so we had to prepare everything on our own and there was always something missing. We have been working with Qooper for about three months, and it has been a great experience. We are migrating from a different platform, and that transition has been fast and easy!

Brilliant decision to switch to Qooper.

Ease of use for both the user as well as the admin. Our membership normally needs extra assistance with instructions on enrollment, however, with Qooper, I have not needed to provide extra guidance, instructions, or videos, which has saved us admin time. Difficulty enrolling is no longer a reason for users not joining the mentoring program. Our contract was coming to an end and we were unsatisfied with the price we were paying for the program we had. Our program wasn't growing, requiring additional administrative efforts in the background for setting up instructions, notifications, and support. It offered no learning modules, communities, events, or tracking. 
Our overall experience has been excellent. The customer service is extraordinary and attentive whenever we need assistance. We have grown our program 10 fold thanks to switching over to Qooper and our members have nothing but positive experiences using it, I very rarely get users reaching out to me needing help or having issues.

Meeting my mentor was a chance encounter that has transformed my life in unexpected ways. Over the past six months, I've had the privilege of being a part of Northwell's Inaugural Mentorship Program, where my mentor and I were matched by what I can only describe as the world's best algorithm.
My mentor has been an incredible guide, imparting invaluable life lessons and unwavering support for not only my success but my emotional growth. They have opened my eyes to a new perspective on the world, and I can't express enough how thankful I am to have them as my mentor.

If I were to rate my Qooper experience out of 10 I would give it a 10. Both me and my mentor were able to discuss things we would have maybe forgotten and we were able to set structured logical plans for my development. It has allowed us to create a comprehensive training platform for an important membership audience. The mentoring facility is incredibly important to this audience as many are working alone in their clinics. We are currently expanding the numbers being able to access it. It's quite expensive for a small association like ours, but on the other side it has impressed our corporate partners, one of whom is sponsoring it.

The best features of this software are the ability to share lessons with other mentors and mentees and to use the lessons created by other groups as well. Business problems that I am solving with Qooper are the ability to create goals and lessons with mentees and to track progress over time as they work to accomplish these goals. Some benefits I have realized are the ability to track over the long term How a mentee is doing in terms of accomplishing their goals. I have also benefited by learning from the lessons of other groups. I think lesson sharing is the greatest benefit that Qooper offers.

As a whole the platform is user friendly which is always a plus when working with students. The features deliver great ease, for example the prompts that are given by the 'Learning and Steps' section are nicely navigated. Moreover, the matching algorithm has made life simple.

New to Qooper, but so far so great with customer service!

Qooper was easy to launch and we had a lot of support from our Customer Success Manager which was extremely helpful. This is a new program for us so for administering a pilot program, it had the customizability and flexibility that we were looking for. The goal is to have a mentor program that is self-administered so the matching algorithm was a big win for us. We received a lot of feedback about how a mentorship program would be valuable and while we are still rolling out this program and starting with a pilot group, but so far this system is working well for us.

As the program manager at Cadence, I've had the privilege of overseeing many initiatives, but none have been as rewarding as our mentorship program powered by Qooper.
