Qooper will recommend a mentoring relationship based on your goals, skills and background. This will ensure that you are paired with the best possible mentor to learn from or mentee to share your knowledge with.
Qooper will provide mentoring resources to help you stay informed throughout the length of the program. These learning resources are informative articles you can take advantage of to help you in your mentorship journey.
You will also be given helpful topics to discuss in your mentorship meetings.
For potential mentees, this is a great opportunity for you to connect with a mentor who can offer you insight, advice, and opportunity – and help you navigate the next stage/s of your career. (FYI, in studies, it has been shown that employees with mentors are 5x more likely to get promoted).
