      How to Take a Program Survey in Qooper

       

      Program surveys in Qooper help provide valuable feedback to your administrators, ensuring your mentoring program is running smoothly. Taking a survey is quick and easy, and you can do it in two ways.

      Option 1: From Your Profile Dropdown Menu

      1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner.

      2. In the dropdown menu, select "Take Survey."

      3. The survey pop-up will appear.

      4. Answer the survey questions.

      5. Click "Submit Survey" when finished.

      Option 2: From a Next Step (If Available)

      If you have received a Next Step that includes the "Take Survey" action button, you can access the survey this way:

      1. Navigate to your Next Steps section on the homepage.

      2. Look for a step that includes the "Take Survey" action button.

      3. Click on the "Take Survey" button.

      4. A survey pop-up will appear on your screen.

      5. Answer the survey questions.

      6. Once you’re done, click "Submit Survey" to finalize.
