How to Share Files Between Matched Pairs in Qooper

Sharing files with your mentor, mentee, or peer is simple and straightforward in Qooper. Follow these step-by-step instructions to share files effectively:

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

1. Go to the Qooper login page.

2. Enter your credentials (email and password) and click Sign In.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Mentoring" Section

1. Once logged in, locate the Mentoring section from the home page.

2. Click on Mentoring to view your matched pairs (mentors, mentees, or peers).

Step 3: Select the Pair You Want to Share Files With

1. From the list of matched pairs, find the mentor, mentee, or peer you want to share files with.

2. Click on their Profile to open their details.
   

Step 4: Access the "Files" Tab

1. On the profile page, look for the Files tab on the left-hand side of the screen.

2. Click on the Files tab to open the file-sharing section.

Step 5: Click the "Share" Button

1. In the Files section, locate the Share button (usually at the top or in a prominent position).

2. Click on the Share button to open the file upload options.
   

Step 6: Upload Your File

1. To upload your file, you have two options:

   • Drag and Drop: Drag the file from your device and drop it into the designated upload area.

   • Browse from Device: Click My Device, navigate to the file you want to share, and select it.

Step 7: Share the File

1. Once your file is uploaded, review it to ensure it is the correct one.

2. Click the Share button to complete the process.
   

   Step 8: Access Shared Files

   1. Shared files can be viewed and accessed through the Files tab or the Chat tab.
