How to Send Bulk Email Notifications to Pending Participants

As an admin, you can send a bulk notification email to all pending participants using the Notify Pending feature. This ensures that participants who haven't completed their profiles are reminded to do so. Pending participants include:

  • Imported participants who haven't started signing up.

  • Participants with incomplete profiles who began filling out their profile forms but didn't finish.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Sign in to Your Admin Dashboard

  2. Navigate to the Matching Section

    • From the admin dashboard, locate and click on the Matching section.

  3. Use the Notify Pending Feature

    • Find the Notify Pending button and click on it.

  4. Select Participants to Notify

    • Choose from the following options:

      • Participants with imported profiles – Notifies participants who were imported but haven't started filling out their profiles.

      • Participants with incomplete profiles – Notifies participants who started filling out their profiles but haven't finished.

    • You can select one or both options based on your needs.

  5. Send the Notification Email

    • Once selected, confirm and send the email notification to prompt participants to complete their profiles.
