How to Schedule a Meeting Through Next Steps in Qooper

Next Steps are designed to guide you through your program’s journey by providing clear agendas and actionable tasks. If one of your Next Steps includes a "Schedule this meeting" action button, here’s how you can easily schedule a meeting:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Access Your Home Page

    • After signing in to Qooper, your Next Steps will appear at the top of your Home page.

    • Locate the Next Step that includes the "Schedule this meeting" button.

  2. Open the Step Details

    • Click on the Next Step with the "Schedule this meeting" button.

    • A detailed window for that step will pop up.

  3. Start Scheduling

    • In the Step Detail window, click the "Schedule this meeting" button.

  4. Select a Connection

    • A new window labeled "Select a connection to schedule a meeting" will appear.

    • Choose the connection you want to schedule a meeting with.

  5. Fill in the Meeting Details

    • You will be directed to the meeting scheduling page.

    • The Title and Notes & Agenda fields will be pre-filled based on the topic of your Next Step. You can modify these fields if necessary.

  6. Complete Required Fields

    • Fill out all mandatory fields marked with a red star (★). These fields are required to schedule the meeting.

  7. Finalize Scheduling

    • Once all fields are completed, click "Schedule" to confirm and schedule your meeting.
