How to Direct Users to Take Surveys in Qooper (Admin Guide)

 

 

As an admin, you can guide users to take surveys by creating a Next Step with a "Take Survey" action button. You also have the flexibility to modify survey questions to gather the feedback you need.


Creating a Next Step to Direct Users to a Survey

  1. Navigate to the "Steps" section on the admin dashboard from the left sidebar menu.

  2. Click on "+ Create Step."

  3. Enter your Title and Description.

  4. Choose the Viewer Type and Publish Type.

  5. Select "Take Survey" from the "Action Type" dropdown.

  6. Once everything is set, click "Create."

Modifying Survey Questions

Surveys are already available in Qooper, but you can customize their questions if needed:

  1. Navigate to the "Program" section in the admin dashboard.

  2. Turn on the "Wording Change" function.

  3. A list of wordings will appear.

  4. The survey questions are listed from the "Second Feedback Question" to the "Fifth Feedback Question."

  5. To edit a question, click "Edit."

  6. Make your changes and then click "Update" to save them.
