If you need to deactivate multiple users at once, follow these steps to do so efficiently using the Import feature in your admin dashboard.
Step 1: Accessing the Import Section

Sign in to your admin dashboard through platform.qooper.io.

Navigate to the Matching section.

Click on Import.

On the Import Participants page, toggle/select Overwrite participants.

Choose the participant role as No Role.

Click Next.
Step 2: Uploading User Data
You can either upload an Excel file or manually enter user data.
Option 1: Uploading an Excel File

Your Excel sheet should contain the following headers:

Email (List the email addresses of the users you want to deactivate.)

Status (Type “Deactivated” under this column.)

Upload the file, review and confirm each mapping choice and then proceed with the import by clicking continue.
- Click Submit to finalize the import.
Option 2: Manually Entering Data

Click on Manually Enter Data.

In the Email column, enter the email addresses of users you want to deactivate.

Click on Status and select Deactivated from the dropdown menu.

Click Submit to finalize the import.
Step 3: Confirming Deactivation
Once the process is complete, the selected users will be deactivated.
Reactivating Users in Bulk
If you need to activate users again, follow the same process, but enter Active under the Status column instead.
