How do notifications for new chat messages work?

How the participants are going to be notified when they send/receive chat messages in Qooper?

Notifications 

"Conversation started"

• The participant will receive this email when he/she gets a message for the first time from his/her new connection.
• The notification will be logged in the notification feed on the Home Page for the receiver, not for the person who sent the message.

"New Message"

• The participant will receive this notification after 15 minutes for the first message by his/her connection.
• If another 15 minutes have passed since the previous message, the receiver will get another notification when a new message is received.

• Participants will get the "New Message" notification as an email only, it will not be logged into the notification feed on the Home Page.
